We built this site in 2026 for small business owners, freelancers, teachers, filmmakers, and designers who just need a receipt that looks right. Maybe you run a small shop and want branded receipts without paying for a POS system. Maybe you’re recreating a lost receipt for your own records. Maybe you’re building props for a film, a stage play, or an escape room. Whatever brought you here, the tool works the same way: pick a template, edit the details, download the file.
What we offer

Everything is editable, business details, line items, taxes, payment info, fonts, and layout. The core tool is free to use. If you need watermark-free exports, we offer a paid plan that keeps the lights on.

Receipts are documents people trust, so we take misuse seriously. The Receipt Studio is built for legitimate business, creative, educational, and personal use. Using our tool to deceive anyone, an employer, a store, a tax authority, violates our Acceptable Use Policy and, in most places, the law. We’d rather lose a customer than help someone commit fraud.
